Franklin's parents are going to a party, and Franklin is looking forward to spending time with Granny. Unfortunately, at the last minute, Granny comes down with a cold and isn't well enough to baby-sit. So Franklin's mother calls Mrs. Muskrat, who agrees to come right over.
