This Handbook is part of Read Write Inc. Comprehension which follows on from Read Write Inc. Phonics. It comprises 14 weekly Modules each containing a fiction or non-fiction text and a range of comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, spelling and writing activities.
The programme has been developed to increase childrens reading fluency, their comprehension of and response to fiction and non-fiction texts, and to improve childrens writing by developing their vocabulary, grammar and spelling knowledge.
