A superb book of paper planes directions that are handily separated into sections to let you know which ones are simple, advanced or just plain (ha!) unusual. The book begins with a potted history of paper plane making, a guide to aviation terms and the names of some typical plane folds. This is a book for the child who is obsessed with paper planes and who wants to expand their knowledge to a more advance level. The directions were suitable for my 9 year old to follow (another paper plane book had proved frustrating as the instructions were incomplete and unclear). Helpfully the book also comes with a number of pull out pages at the back that can be used to make the planes. As an added bonus they are all colourful with a variety of patterns. This book was and remains a huge hit with my child.
