Paul Cookson is an architect with his own architectural practice. He is married with three grown up children and two small grandchildren. He has previously written and had published a musical for Key Stage 2 children. In 2016 he had his Christmas card design chosen in a competition arranged by BBC Songs of Praise to be sold for Children in Need.
