I read it to Squidge aged 1 aged 1

This book is great! Perfect for little hands. We have read lots of Campbell books and they are great for babies. Thick pages and sturdy flaps and this one has some lovely touchy feely bits too. This book has fun bright pictures with lots to talk about and even gives you a little question on each page. My one year old loved the big flaps, especially the peek through holes that she could put her finger through and spy what was on the next page.

My 11 month old daughter loved exploring the different textures and lifting the big, sturdy flaps. The bright, bold illustrations are perfect for babies and whilst she’s too young to engage with the fun questions on each page she’ll very much enjoy that part when she’s a bit older. She particularly loves the cover (ducks are her favourite!) and always smiles when I take this off the bookshelf. I look forward to reading the other books in the series with her. A sensory delight!

I think it would be easy to think this book was just for baby's. Sophie is 3 in 4 months time and she loved it. She loves children's novels aged at 6 years old but she also enjoyed the simplicity of this book. It's bright inviting, the touch and feel element gives another dimension to reading. The simple wording is helping her recognise words to the pictures. Lovely big sturdy board flaps. A question for each page that happily challenges a toddlers memory. Really love little persons book.

She was so excited to see the picture of the duck on the cover shouting quack quack at it.
The book was perfect for her to hold and now at 18 months she will turn the pages and look at book herself.
The flaps of this book were a fab idea she put her finger through the holes and then use it like peak a boo.
She found the bee and was looking for it throughout the book.
A nice story to read with her and she found it had a look to keep her interested and looking at.
The duck and the dog were huge favourites I would have liked the frog to have a slightly thicker sensory as she straight away made marks in it.

A lovely little book - perfect for little ones! My daughter really enjoyed turning the flaps and identifying different things in the illustrations. There are questions in the book to get your child thinking about what they have just seen. A great book about the park and what you will find :)

My daughter loves this book and it is well designed including nice big flaps and touchy feely sections too. It’s perfect for her age and keeps her engaged throughout. My daughter loves ducks so the cover really appeals to her when she selects her story at night. We enjoy finding different things in the park together and she’s learning the words as we do. The only thing I think could be improved is the wording throughout the book, “flip the flap. What’s that?” I just felt it could be a bit softer. Some of the touchy feely section could have been bigger also. However, overall a great book which my daughter loves. It’s well designed with lovely bright pictures. I think these are sure to be popular the way they have lift the flaps and touchy feely sections.

This is a lovely book, it is fairly simple to read so my daughter often enjoys reading through it herself.

She likes the textures on the book and that she is able to say words to match the images.

A lovely book for toddlers.

Colourful, sturdy and lots of sensory parts for little hands to explore.
This lovely board book has been enjoyed by my 1 year old who absolutely loves animals and the park so was the perfect mix.
The flaps between each double page offers a peek into what's to come with its use of little cut outs. Each double page also has varied textures including soft, fluffy materials and a shiny reflective material used for the slide which my daughter loved.
A lovely book using a familiar place of fun for young ones.
