Gigi is looking to take over some major turf, including De's boyfriend. A TV exec is looking for talent and Gigi figures that with Cher's help she'll be the belle of the ball. Cher doesn't want to help De's enemy, but if she doesn't turn Gigi into a Betty, people will think she's lost her touch.
