Kintetic City Super Crew is a group of kids who receive a distraught phone call at the beginning of each adventure (here, . . .it is I, Claude Cloules, with a whale of a problem!'') and then ride the Kinetic City Express to the rescue. The Express is a train developed by the Defense Department as a fast reconnaissance vehicle which was donated to the kids of Kinetic City when it became politically unpopular with Congress. It includes a Cyber Car (for virtual investigations) and a Club Car (for 24-hour parties).
