A positive, age-appropriate and reassuring look at mental health for young readers
Positive Minds helps readers to learn about and understand how their mind works, what emotions are and how to manage them, what neurodiversity is and how to build and maintain good mental health. Each book explores different aspects of psychology and how it informs what we do through a combination of explanatory text and familiar scenarios, while the bright, inventive illustrations keep the mood light and positive.
Produced in partnership with The British Psychological Society and including supporting activities for readers, carers and teachers.
