I have read the whole series of books but this is the only book I have been compelled to read again. The seventh and final book is an exciting and exhilarating read. I enjoyed the dramatic and sometimes violent battle of Hogwarts between the Death Eaters and students. I also felt we got to know much more about the characters in this books. (Lily-Mae, aged 9).

Some of my friends have been saying that they have read this on their own. My mum said I should read it with her. I know what happens as w e are really into Harry Potter in our house. It is still good to read. There were quite a few words I did not know the meaning of so we chatted a lot and it did take a long time to read. 2 months. It is much more grown up than the first and second Harry books. It is also a bit scarey and gloomy because they fall out and get very sad. The world becomes a sad place for good people like Harry. They have to fight on when they do not even know what they are doing. There is some great Harry Potter Lego but they don't sell them anymore on amazon.

I was excited and sad to read this book as it is the last of the Harry Potter books. However this is the book I return to and re-read to help escape real life. Fantastic writing by Jk Rowling. A must read for any potter fan.

This was my favourite Harry Potter because it was quite different to all the others. I love the fact that they have left school because it gives it a change of scene.

The last book in the Harry Potter series and my absolute favourite.  Harry goes on the run with Ron and Hermione in search of Voldemorts Horcrux's and has to find a way to destroy them.  We learn about the Deathly Hallows, the elder wand, the resurrection stone and the cloak of invisibility and how the owner of all 3 would be the Master of Death!  Snape is now the Headmaster of Hogwarts and Slytherin are ruling the school.  Only Harry can put a stop to Voldemort once and for all.  Absolutely love this book!  it even ends 19 years into the future where Harry is waving his children off on platform 9 3/4.  Fantastic!

What a dramatic ending to the series we were hooked to a decade! Finding out who snape really was was jawdropping and shocking, as i have hated Snape from the very beginning.
J K was good at tricking us into loving and hating characters and then turning our feelings on they're heads when we Finished reading.
Thumbs up for this one
