Hidden in the grass is a lively and industrious world whose inhabitants are tiny creatures of varied colours and shapes who are organized in quite complex societies. This informative concertina book, beautifully illustrated by the young artist Margherita Borin, invites the reader to observe these bugs at a close distance and discover more about their world and their habits. AGES: 6 + AUTHOR: Margherita Borin attended an experimental artistic high school. She then studied painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice. In her illustrations she combines the use of pastels, watercolours, felt-tips, carbon paper, transfers and wood pulp. She currently lives in Pantelleria (Italy).
