Frederick rat suggest that they catch a wild moose as a more reliable power source. Obtaining permission from Snowvilles Lord Mayor Sir Stanley Walrus, Orse and Frederick set about the task. Unfortunately, for Sir Stanley things are about to get very unacceptable indeed. 'Ohla's fancy dress party' Ohla, Orse's best friend at school has decided to hold a fancy dress party. Orse wants to be the star attraction and with a very special costume that he has made surely he will be a hit...not with Frederick rat involved.
