Jon Klassen can do no wrong!  Another awesome book from a winning team but it’s the illustrations that really excite me.  Triangle decides he’s going to play a prank on Square and goes to his house, stands outside and terrifies Square by pretending to be a snake.  The illustration when Square realises what’s going on and the two just stare at each other is priceless.  The subtlety is just sublime and it means that there is just as much for adults to enjoy here as kids.  Nice simple language for independent reading makes this book an utter joy from start to finish

Another winning combination with Mac Barnett writing the book, and Jon Klassen illustrating.  Name a more iconic duo...!

Triangle goes on a journey to play a trick on Square, but it backfires, and Square plays a trick on him!  Good for children learning shapes too and plenty of mention of shapes and sizes.

Great humour! Looking forward to the next ones in this series.
