Foxwood Village is preparing for the Regatta and the cheating rats are up to their old tricks again. This year, however, they've got Harvey Mouse, Rue Rabbit and Willy Hedgehog to contend with as the teams go head to head on the river. Skulduggery in the last stage of the race ensures a win for the rats but, Harvey, Rue and Willy prove in their magnificent boat, the Duchess of Foxwood, coming second best doesn't make you second best.
