What a fantastically fun book    . My 8 year old is a very reluctant reader so we bought this for him and it has had us both laughing. He loves the interactiveness and the colouring in and this breaks the reading bits up too. We have just been learning about the fish supervillan, Smackerel

As soon as i read the back of this book i was so excited to start reading this and doing all the activities. I love how funny it is and pokes fun at superheroes and myself. I have so many hours of fun with this book and have been doing some of the activities with my cousin Charlie who thinks it is as hilarious as i do. I love that this book is one of a kind as most books do not encourage you to rip pages and draw in them. This makes it much more fun.

It took a lot of persuasion to get Aaron to draw in this book but once he got started he didn't want to stop working on it. It's a very interactive book that would be great for reluctant readers to encourage them to pick up a book.

This book arrived this morning and i haven't put it down yet!

It's really interactive, you can draw and colour and create inside the book which is a lot of fun. Create your own Superhero Epic is also very funny and i've been laughing as i've doodled away!

The only thing i have not been able to do is rip/ tear or poke holes in the book like it asks you to... i just can't do that to a book!

So far the computer pages have been my favourite!

My son was quite taken aback when he first looked at this book. 'Can I really draw in it?' When he realised that he could colour in, doodle etc. and make up characters as he saw fit, he loved it. He has been going through it at quite a fair speed (Actually, there seems to be quite a bit of jumping back and forth in terms of pages.)  The repeated 'Undrawn John' is somewhat of a shape shifter. This interactive, creative book allows the reader to become the creator. Not your conventional book, but quite brilliant.

This is a brilliant book about your very own super hero, you can choose anything - I made up Monkey Man. I love the way that you can make up bits of the story and draw great pictures and colour them in. All my favourite things to do.

This is literally the best book I've ever read. I liked it because it's not a book that you just read, it's a book that you can create yourself!

It is about a boy called Hiro. He has noticed that the world's greatest inventor (Doc Maybe) has gone missing.
Hiro suspects Evil Jeff, the most evil villain Doodletown has ever known.
It's up to Hiro to save the day and knows he can do it.

My daughter loves this book. It seems so wrong to encourage them to scribble in a book but shes loved doing what the story says and designing a superhero. Hours of fun. Ideal for a long plane or car journey. Well done

Create your own super hero epic, has a good story, in it there are lots of fun doodles to do. There are lots of good characters, there's Hero (that's his real name) , a guy dressed up in a pencil suit called the Penciller, and undrawn John (who you have to draw thoughout the book). In the book it is up to you to save the day by doodleing, folding, tearing and don't forget puncturing. One of the things I really liked about this book was all the boodle you could do in it, the funny storyline and the multiple choices for the story. Something I didn't like about it was how long it takes to do each page because of all the doodles on it.
All in all Creat Your Own Superhero Epic is a great book but not if you don't have mich time as it takes a while to do the doodles.
