"Half a World Away" concerns a group of children who, by going on a hunger strike, persuade their parents to help a less fortunate society that is "stricken by a mysterious purple cloud." "The Tower" tells of "a leader" who brings about death & destruction in the name of progress. Once ecological disaster occurs, he realizes that it's time for a new plan, but irreparable damage has already been done.
