Michelle Robinson grew up in Gloucester and loved making up stories and being silly. After leaving university, she worked as a copywriter for radio and TV adverts where she started writing stories in her spare time. Her picture book There’s a Lion in My Cornflakes won the Sainsbury’s Children’s Book Award. She lives
Michelle Robinson previously wrote copy and devised websites for some of the world's biggest brands. Now she is either busy writing or busy chasing a toddler. Her picture books include How to Wash a Woolly Mammoth, There's a Lion in My Cornflakes and Goodnight Tractor. Michelle lives in Frome, Somerset with her husband, son and baby daughter.
