Most students hear about global warming, climate change, natural disasters, and other events without even realizing that they are also learning a bit about Earth science. Earth Science Experiments will introduce students to various subjects within the discipline of Earth science so that they can explore Earth from their home or school laboratory and develop an interest in a future career in a related field. Through these easy-to-duplicate experiments, young scientists will re-create poor weather conditions, simulate an earthquake, model photochemical smog, go mining for chocolate chips, make lightning, and stare up at the night sky.
