Your belief in something or someone can encourage you to attend a football game every week, recycle your waste, or even stand for public office in order to change the world. Understanding beliefs helps you make sense of what is happening in the world around you. It helps you understand and appreciate other points of view on maters such as religion, politics, and the environment. But what you believe is up to you!
