Danny and his dad have barely begun unpacking in their newly rented Victorian house when Danny feels the deathly chill of an evil presence. It's the last thing he needs after the recent deaths of his brother and mother. Increasingly terrified by freezing rooms, slamming doors and ghostly footprints in the carpet, Danny turns to the next door neighbour, a weird old woman who claims to have "The Sight". A haunting tale of terror unfolds as Danny must battle the malign forces in the house to free himself, and his family.

Ghost Game is part of the HEROES series - created with series editor Frank Cottrell Boyce and specifically written to engage and captivate less confident readers.
An epic thriller packed full of horror and cliff-hangers that boys and girls will not be able to put down. A great solution for reluctant readers and encouraging reading for pleasure.
"A clever book that takes many aspects of a teenage boy's life and rolls it into a clever ghost story... A must read for boys and girls alike; engaging and entertaining at the same time." Mrs Fernside, Little Lever School, Bolton
