"Genies for the modern age, with passion, darkness, and heart". When Margo McKenna used her fourth wish to save Oliver's life, she was turned into a genie herself. Instead of ending up somewhere entirely new, she is still in her hometown. Not only does her new master, Ryan, attend the same high school as she does, he's also a notorious jerk. Oliver tries to help Margo learn the ropes, but being yanked out of her life whenever her master calls and having to appear in a different body really sucks. Especially when Ryan makes a wish for Margo's best friend to fall in love with him against her will.
