The Hairem Scarem is very hairy and very scary. Every time the other animals tell him to cut his hair, he cuts some off and sticks it on their head. Everyone is afraid of him, until the Hair Queen makes him cut off all his hair until he is almost bald. Then the other animals laugh at him and make him cut their hair, too.
