Designed for use by children in their third year of English, this activity pack contains 44 activities, divided into 11 topics including holidays and travel, the natural world, school and timetables, jobs, feelings and senses. The pack itself forms part of a three-level series of activity packs for children between the ages of 7 and 12 and contains topic-based material, which revolves around the same language syllabus, topics, vocabulary and activity types covered in the "UCLES Cambridge Young Learners English Tests - Starters, Movers and Flyers". Activities follow a graded syllabus but each one is free-standing and can be used in any order the teacher prefers. The series also aims to provide ample opportunity for skills practice in an interesting and stimulating way, with a particular emphasis on listening and speaking.
