This series is a six-level supplementary skills course for primary schools, which deals with reading, writing and spelling skills and complements any course book at this level. The writing series focuses on teaching handwriting and graded compositional skills. The lower levels focus on basic letter formation, leading to joined script in Level 2. From Level 3 onwards the main emphasis is on composition writing, including work on punctuation and spelling.
