This edition of the series of textbooks Junior Secondary General Science, originally published in 1983, has been completely revised, improved and updated to meet the requirements of the syllabus amendments which apply to Standard 5 in 1991 and to Standards 6 and 7 in 1992 and 1993 respectively. Those sections which have not been amended have also been revised as a result of feedback and comments received, while the format, typography and lay-out have been changed to provide a more attractive and effective textbook.
