Meet Jack and Lilly, two children who have developed several bad habits, from bickering with one another to playing too many video games! One day, their life completely changes when a mysterious letter arrives in their mailbox. Upon opening the little blue envelope, they find out they have inherited an African grey parrot, Picasso, from their late Aunt Faye. The children quickly learn not only that their parrot can talk but he is wise and has a witty sense of humor.
