This is a lovely, rhyming board book for toddlers. It's about a cute owl who is afraid to fly. It beautifully shows how with the help of his friends hooty gains confidence to overcome his fears

This is such a sweet book about an owl called Hooty who is afraid to fly. His animals friends get together to try and get him help to fly. Lovely story for little ones, but also for older ones. My 6year old read it himself, and we could talk about things in the book, such as friendship and courage. The illustrations are beautiful, and it's a rhyming book., which makes it more fun. The board book is great for little hands and the story is easy to follow. Would definitely recommend

This is a lovely rhyming book about a group of friends who work together to encourage another animal to be brave and courageous.
The two lines on each page rhyme and tell a simple story which could be applied to human life.
The illustrations are beautiful and very detailed.

A story about Hooty the owl, who's scared of heights, and how his friends help him to overcome his fears.  This is a lovely feel-good story about friendships.  It's beautifully illustrated.  It's a board book, and quite small, so a useful size for keeping in a bag for instant entertainment while out and about.  We would recommend this one.

Read to children aged 1 & 4

I liked how the words rhymed and flowed in this story. It was the perfect length for the 1 year old, kept his attention to the end. Although perhaps a little short as a story for older child but still a nice read as a poem or pre-story. It was nice to have a story about something 'different' for children and the illustrations are lovely. It's a nice size board book to keep in a bag for out and about and travelling with little people.
