With the help of a wisecracking, steampunk robot, two friends discover that they have inherited some amazing, if unusual, abilities. Computer whiz Megan can fly (mostly sleep-flying, but she's working on it) while her best friend Cam can (in theory) transform into any animal, but mostly ends up as a were-hamster.
Together they must protect the source of their ancestral powers from a wannabe evil mastermind and his gang of industrial transformer robots who've disguised themselves as modern art installations on their Greenock estate.
It isn't easy to balance school and epic super-battles, not to mention finding time to search for other super-talents and train with their Mr Miyagi-esque were-tiger coach.
Can Megan and Cam beat the bad guy, defeat his robot transformers and become the superheroes they were born to be?
Kelpies Prize shortlisted author Paul Bristow creates a hilarious tongue-in-cheek superhero mash up with a dangerous twist!
Features a graphic novel-style prologue.

I love anything superhero, so this sounded right up my street, and I wasn't wrong. It was a great book, full of adventure, one you don't want to put down. There is a lot of reading to do, it over 200 pages, and with the odd black and white illustration, but it is easy to read. It is a funny book and I liked that it had robots in it, and especially the built where they build a robot. The main characters Meg and Cam are really likeable. I would recommend this book to both boys and girls.

I really really enjoyed reading this book.  I love all things superhero so this book was just my kind of thing.  The story was really exciting from the beginning and it didn't take me long to read it at all.  It wad really easy to read but not so easy that I got bored.  I will definitely read it again and would love to read more like it in the future.

A lot of Super Hero stories are very similar and predictable. This one was different and a great story. I really liked it and found it hard to put down as i was keen to see what happens next. There was so much happening throughout. I liked that the main character in the story is a girl something you don't find in many superhero books.

I saved this book for my holiday as my mum wouldn't let us have ipads. It was a good choice - funny and when I laughed out loud everyone wanted to know what I was laughing at..
I'm nine and a half and I think my brother who is just 8 would enjoy it too. I have passed it on for him to read.

A very busy book which I found I was reading fast to keep up with the story.

This book was really good, better than I expected! There are lots of twists and turns that take you by surprise.
The characters are funny especially Can, the book has lots of action and super heroes.
My favorite character is john, he has the ability to turn into animals and uses thus too battle evil.

I like books that make you laugh and ones that have superhero's are even better. The chapters are nice and short and I like reading a chapter before I go to bed each night.

I found this book very easy to read and it was quite interesting with a good storyline. I think it would appeal more to boys than girls and to anyone who likes super hero type stories.
