Willaby Wallaby is not happy. There's an ouch in the pouch and it's making him grouch! So off he hops to the Blue Billabong to find a new home. Mummy Wombat and Mummy Possum can't help, but the Billabong becomes scary when Willaby bumps into Ma Dingo. You and I know that a dingo has no pouch, but Ma Dingo is as cunning as a fox . . . run for your life, little Willaby, run!

Willaby bounces back to his mum, but when he learns that the ouch is just his new little sister, he realises that maybe he doesn't need a pouch after all. He's a big boy now and likes being free to do bounces and hops!

A truly entertaining story about toddler behaviour and the discovery of independence.

This is a fun book, as you follow wallaby around trying to find a new pouch because something is causing a ouch in his mums pouch. My little boy found this book lots of fun and I enjoyed outting on my best Australian accent.

We love this book. It’s a bit of a tongue twister to read and you can’t help but put on an Australian accent but it’s got a good story line, it’s fun and always a favourite at bedtime.

love love love this, its so much fun to read out loud, and put on a terrible Aussie accent while you're doing it! Willaby wallaby is cross because his mummy's pouch isn't as comfy as it used to be, what will he do?

I found this really difficult to read, but my son loves it.  It's impossible not to attempt an Australian accent when reading it!  It's a fun book to read though.
