After winning the annual Whizzer Toy contest, Vincent, the 12 year-old creative mastermind, gets ready to embark on his once-in-a-lifetime summer internship with the famous Mr. Whiz. Vincent can hardly wait to get to New York but before he can even share his ideas, a sudden tragedy leaves the future of Whizzer Toys completely in his hands. And to make matters worse, trouble-making Timmy Zimmerman stumbles upon Vincent's original sketch notebooks and top-secret prototypes, claiming them as his own on national news.
It's up to Vincent to come up with enough new toys to create the annual Whizzer Wishbook or disappoint kids everywhere. Fortunately, when Vincent puts his mind to it, he can achieve just about anything.
