Sandy is a harbor seal who lives on the ice in the Arctic. She watches other seals playing around, and she would love nothing more than to join them. But she has one problem, she is scared to death of water! Which isn't good if you are a seal. Not even her best friend, Greta the walrus, is able to help Sandy out. During the whole time, Paul the penguin keeps teasing Sandy because he knows that he can squirt water in her face and she won't do anything about it because she won't follow him into the water.
