Bowan is unhappy because he hasn't been painted. His friends try to cheer him up with a race that he was supposed to win. Unfortunately he runs out of fuel and loses. Bowan then refuses to go with his friends to Van Fest, instead he decides to break down on the way but not all goes to plan! He ends up learning some very valuable lessons!
