It's time for bed and Poppy can't find her favourite bear, Growly Ted. Without him, Poppy can't settle. Maybe if she fetches Quacky Duck or Furry Cat it'll be just right and she will fall asleep in a second.

Claire Freedman Biography
Claire grew up in Pinner in Middlesex. She now lives on the Essex coast, just a very short walk away from the estuary, with her husband Michael. She has just moved into a new house, which will be her final home as moving is such an upheaval!

Jane Massey is an author and illustrator who lives and works in Hove on the South Coast of England. She studied Graphic Design at Kingston University and then worked for several design agencies in London and Hong Kong before concentrating on illustration.
