Radbert loves to cut hair, and he is famous for his radical styling. But one day, with a snip too many, he agravates the king who forbids, point blank anymore hair cutting. But Radbert is fine with that turning his attention instead to cake making. But peace is far from realised in this little kingdom and Radbert is called back in to action to help resolve the problems that long hair, and a grumpier than ever king, can cause.
