Young friends are caught on the camera of a movie company filming London's historical landmarks. They enter a fantasy world of bizarre characters, wily animals, and evil General Nitti-Gritti, from an ancient eastern dynasty, intent on conquering Britain. When aliens in league with General Nitti Gritti surface in the vicinity of Petunia Heights, the tenants, and the 'Puritans' from history, who have sought sanctuary in the tower block, band together to fight them off.
