Yukino and Soichiro visit the vacation home of Soichiro's family. Soichiro visits the guest house, and memories of his birth father are evoked. He remembers his father playing the piano. Meanwhile, Soichiro's friends are visiting New York for break, and are excited to see a concert by the controversial Japanese pianist Reiji. Yukino and Soichiro are channel surfing when they come across a performance by Reiji Arima, who they realize is Soichiro's father, who will soon return to Japan!
