Every year on the 25th of April, thousands of New Zealanders get up very early in the morning to join dawn parade ceremonies around the country. Later, many more people attend Anzac Day services to commemorate the soldiers who died at Gallipoli in 1915 and to celebrate the spirit of the ANZACs.
