Annabelle has passed her messy inspection (just) and can stay on as Piccolo's guardian angel. But she hasn't been doing much watching over him lately. She loves entering competitions, and when she wins the chance to host a fancy dress party, it's all she can think about. Piccolo has other worries - who's the lollipop lady with hairy arms and beetly black eyes, and why does creepy Mr Yow follow him everywhere?
