This is part of a collection of simple scripts and poems for reading aloud. The material has been specially selected for 7-11 year olds (Years 3-6 of the National Curriculum). Scripts which include elaborate staging have been avoided, and many of the pieces can be performed by children working in pairs or small groups. Featured authors include June Crebbin, Gervase Phinn, Michael Rosen, David Williams and Adrian Henri. Some pieces are previously unpublished.
