Everyone has their very own dragon, and this book describes many different varieties of the beast, showing in words and stunning pictures exactly why their owners find them so entrancing. They range from a dragon as big as a village to a tiny dragon with whisper-thin wings, from a snaggle-toothed dragon to a sea-dragon which races dolphins on the waves - ending in a page inhabited by every dragon in the book!

A lovely book. My 4 year old daughter loved looking at the images and learning bout the different dragon's talents. Beautiful illustrations throughout the book. My daughter then wanted to create her own dragons. Would definitely recommend.

My seven year old absolutely adores this book. She has studied it from cover to cover and changes her favourite dragon every time. She was so made up when they actually studied the book at school, wrote their own versions and even made ‘junk dragons’.

My 9 year old and 5 year old love dragons, and this has a wonderful selection of illustrations and words about dragons. They loved thinking about what their dragon would be like, and reading about all the different types of dragons. A beautiful book

This is such a beautifully illustrated book. It's about various people and the dragons they have. It's not got lots of words but it is looks so pretty. I discussed afterwards with my little ones, what dragon they would like.

Working mainly with children who are still struggling to read, sharing this gorgeous book was a delight. Fortunately we don't have a local 'dragon shop' or we'd all be in there buying our own dragons! Hours spent pawing over the most amazing illustrations, while the creatively descriptive text helped inspire some of the older children with their own writing. A book that won't remain on the shelf for long.
