We’re thrilled to be a part of the Dino Knights blog tour and to share some of the roar-some Toppsta reviews for Jeff Norton's fast-paced chapter book. If you haven't read it yet, you're in for a treat!
‘This is an easy but exciting read and I really enjoyed it. Imagine riding dinosaurs instead of horses!!...There is kidnapping, pterodactyls and a rescue mission. I think if you like Beast Quest books then you’d like this one.’ GummyBear2, age 10
‘I really enjoyed this book – it was like a cross between a medieval King Arthur story with dinosaurs.’ Jemt, age 9
‘Dino Knights is a great adventure story, brilliant for fans of dinosaurs, dragons and battles. After teasing Year 3 class with the opening chapter just before half term, I know this will be highly sought after in school!... The story is a fast paced, shorter chapter book. Perfect for newly independent readers who want action, drama and an extremely likeable underdog hero to root for. It's great fun to see Henry stepping in, taming the dinosaurs and saving the day. The end of the book teases the reader with a hint of what's to come in Book 2 and I certainly look forward to reading his next adventure as a fully-fledged Dino Knight!’ Read to CRASH (Year 3), ages 7-10
‘My twin boys really enjoyed this adventure book about Henry and the Dino Knights.’ Read to Malakhi, age 6 & to Jakobi, age 6
‘This is a perfect bite sized read for kids who are moving onto chapter books. For a start it's about Knights and Dinosaurs, so that's ultra cool, and it has a map of the worlds being talked about which really helps bring the story to life. It's a classic good guys v bad guys scenario with the "little guy" having special dinosaur taming powers which makes him the hero of the hour. Loved it!’ Read to LucasChops, age 8
‘I enjoyed this book. It is an easy to read adventure book set in medieval times. But in this world dinosaurs never died out.’ rsa, age 9
‘This book is great, my little boy really enjoyed the adventure and all the different dinosaurs… We liked the map at the start of the book and the spotting guide at the back too.’ Read to FreddyBoggis, age 6
‘It’s a really good book and would recommend.’ Read to Melonman, age 10
