Sally O'Reilly studied fine art at Hull University. She is an art historian and curator in modern Art. She contributes regularly to Time Out magazine as well as the specialist press. She is currently co-editor of a new art, culture and theory magazine, 'Monitor', and co-director of Transit Space, a gallery in Hackney, London. Jude Welton has written extensively on art history for children, including titles in the DK Eyewitness Art series.
