A Safe Place was her first picture book for young children. She loves running and walking in beautiful places, reading, theatre, music and watching her two young children grow up. Lucy lives in Warwickshire. Paul Cemmick's first love was cartoons. After studying graphic design at Maidstone College of Art, he got a job as an Art Editor on an industrial magazine.
