Lex Genn has been writing stories for over 20 years as well as making his living as a professional copywriter. He decided to write Space Bugs and Selfies after hearing a friend's daughter was being bullied for looking different. Reminded of the regular bullying of his childhood Lex wanted to write a story for younger children, to remind them it's OK to be whoever you are, regardless of what others say.
