A graduate of Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, Starzinsky has worked as a graphic designer, printed textile designer, design director and artist. She has exhibited in galleries and shops in London, Glasgow and New York.

Williams is a Fine Art graduate from Winchester School of Art. She is one half of London-based jewellery designers I Am Acrylic and also runs regular craft workshops.
