As a father of four children, Gareth must have spent several zillion hours reading to the four of them throughout the years. The motivation for Penny is born out of an aspiration to empower women > he has two girls< ensuring that no matter what, they will always be on a level playing field with their male peers. Another motivation being that despite Penny's sight being impaired there are, still, there are no glass ceilings! Gareth has already started work on two other titles; addressing issues such as hate crime, bullying and individuality in a humorous and exciting way!
