Edward Dillon is a freelance illustrator and passionate writer living in Norwich. He lives in a tiny top floor cupboard-like room with his long term partner, Sophie, who is also an illustrator. Edward believes that images can communicate and illustrate ideas better than ten thousand words; yet, the two must be used effectively together when creating stories and characters so that there are allowances for the reader's imagination to take hold. It is more important what is not shown, and what is not said, because that is what is filled in by each individual reader's mind. When Edward isn't over-thinking the creative process and takes a break from his drawing desk, he enjoys long walks in the countryside and playing his guitar.
