Author Cassie Meyer lives on the beautiful island of Jersey, the largest of four idyllic British islands nestling in the English Channel off the west coast of France.

Cassie says she finds the island very inspirational with the many scenic beaches and picturesque views, especially the peace and solitude of the sand dunes along St Ouen's Bay in the west. In contrast, the more rocky landscape of the east coast can be equally enchanting.

Cassie has gained invaluable writing experience travelling to exciting destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Portugal, the Balearic Islands, Canary Isles and many times to USA. She enjoys writing fiction for young children whom she describes as wonderful little people with natural comedic talents.
