Sophie Piper has an excellent reputation as a compiler of children's prayers books, which include Prayers for the Very Young, Goodnight Prayers, and Prayers for a Better World. Anne Yvonne Gilbert's work ranges from children's books and postage stamps to posters and record sleeves. Her love of Fairy Tales and history combined has resulted in the design and illustration of many books for publishers worldwide. Amongst her many other commissions she has designed three sets of postage stamps for Royal Mail, (her 1984 nativity winning `The World's Most Beautiful Stamp' and the `Golden Stamp Award'). Her originals are held in many private collections including those of Arnold Schwarzenegger and the late H.R.H. Princess Margaret.
