They have taught her everything she needs to know to survive, from swimming across the river to knowing which leaves are the most nutritious. However, to become an adult elephant, Nala must embark on a journey beyond the mountains to meet the wise old Kenu, all by herself. Full of hope but also fearful of leaving her family behind, Nala will walk along the savannah looking for what will make her strong and free.
