The aim of this series is to dissolve children’s fears and help educate them on medical problems including, but not limited to, disabilities, injuries and procedures. It aims to target curious kids, patients and perhaps even aspiring doctors. Of course, this series is not a substitute for medical advice and parents should always take medical concerns to healthcare professionals. This series will simply outline the process of dealing with medical issues in a child-friendly story format to help ‘establish the unestablished’ for children who may be fearful of the unknown and to even inspire children to go into a medical profession.
